Never had a problem with the food. Definitely isn't open until 8 though. Been there dozens of times before 8 pm after work and haven't gotten any responses from the drive through or the lights were off completely. Not saying ill practice, just saying the hours don't match what the website or google says...
Look... Its an Arby's. I don't expect much to begin with. But if I ask you, the guy running the drive through window, for some more Arby's sauce, don't roll your eyes. I'm not asking you to drop everything and perform rocket science. You're in a customer service job bro, and I even made a point to be pleasant about it. It wasn't, "Peasant, I require more Sauce of the Arby." It was simply, "Oh, can I get a few more packs of sauce?"
It's my favorite place to go their service is excellent just like Pleasant Vapes
Today at about 11:30 the drive though guy could not figure out what a 'large Pepsi with no ice' is he gave me the wrong thing 4 times before getting it right.
Food was nice, but the service that day was shite.
Never gone through drive through here but service inside has been good the four times that I have been there. Food has always been recently prepared and pretty good for an Arby's. I think maybe once I had fries that were a little too cooked. I see quite few negative complaints but I will take this over the lack of options before this and the new PX/ food court were built(Burger King, Dunkin and the bowling alley).
