Horrible service at the front desk the vet is wonderful herself but is unfortunate to work with such thoughtless staff and system. I ordered my dogs usual heartworm meds and my prescription got denied because they needed to have a check up appointment...which is fine except they never called to let me know they were denying my prescription or that I was due for any kind of appointment. When I called the man I spoke to didn't even pretend to care. Tried to make an appointment and couldn't get in for 2 months.
Tito is always extremely animated and very hard to handle. The staff always shows understanding and treats him great. We thought you might enjoy some images of Tito when he is “Just Chilling”

We moved here in 2013 and take Rosie for her annual exams. Sometimes the line is busy and I have to call back but it's no big deal. She was also microchipped there and I purchase Heart guard and Advantix through them. I'm leaving 5 stars because on two occasions they've promptly emailed her shot records when requested. For health issues such as dental cleanings and sickness I take her to Rocky Gorge in Laurel.
